Good day. I have a problem with importing products. In order to learn how to do this, I minimized the number of source fields to two (product name and EAN). I tried to import a file even with only one name. In the “Create import feed” menu, I filled in all the information accurately according to the official AtroPim documentation. Additionally, I assigned the configurator to the corresponding source fields. However, in the end, one result is the process getting stuck at the “in anticipation” stage. No matter what settings I make in the “Create import feed” menu, no product card is imported, and the import process does not end. I have already tried to import both excel file and CSV. Thanks for any help.
