Multilingual attribute value not exported for Ukrainian locale (shows N/A)

Hello, AtroCore team!
We are experiencing an issue with exporting multilingual text attributes in AtroPIM. The attribute values are present and visible in the product card for both Ukrainian and English locales, but when we run an export feed configured with the ua locale, the Ukrainian version of the attribute is exported as “N/A”, while the English version is exported correctly.

Troubleshooting Already Performed:

  • :white_check_mark: Verified that the attribute is multilingual and correctly filled for both ua and en.
  • :white_check_mark: Confirmed that the attribute is linked via Classification, and the Classification is assigned to the product.
  • :white_check_mark: Double-checked that the export feed’s locale is set to ua.
  • :white_check_mark: Ensured the attribute is explicitly added to the Configurator in the export feed.
  • :white_check_mark: Tried re-saving the attribute in ua interface and re-exporting — same issue.
  • :white_check_mark: Verified that the export status is Success, and other fields export normally.
  • :white_check_mark: Tested export using a non-multilingual attribute — works fine.

It seems that AtroPIM fails to properly export multilingual attribute values for the Ukrainian (ua) locale and other locales, except main locale, even though the value is present and visible in the product. The same attribute works fine for en locale. The issue does not occur with non-multilingual attributes.

Please advise if this is a bug in the export module, or if additional configuration is required to correctly export multilingual fields for the Ukrainian language.

You’re right, there is indeed a bug in the export that causes attributes in additional languages to be exported as unlinked. Thank you for letting us know. We will fix it in the next release of the module.

Could you please let me know when the upcoming release is planned? This will help us better align our internal workflows.
