It seem to be impossible even for admin to add new attribute for list options

Does this attribute use static list?
There is not “+” icon in the right side, even for a admin, in order to add attribute for entity “list otions”.
Could you please show us the field settings in entity configuration?
It is the same screen than before…the entity is ExtensibleEnumOption. I can’t add attibute even with admin
I don’t understand
and it isn’t impossible to disable multilangue for value of option list
