Import of Pictures and their assignment

Dear Adtro Core users,

I would like to import images and assign them to products straight away. To do this, I have the SKU in column A and the URL in column B in a CSV file. Importing the images works perfectly. However, they are not linked to the product as the main image. What am I doing wrong here?

In the import feed configurator, I have assigned the SKU an identifier and the “main image” attribute the URL. But now only the images are imported and saved in ATRO-PIM - there is no link to the product. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello,

You must first upload the files to the PIM, and then link them to the products in a separate feed. To link files to products, use import to the Product Files entity. There should be three items in the Configurator: Product (SKU as related entity field in your case) - identifier, File (name or ID) - identifier, Main Image (a field of type boolean, if all your files should be set as main images, you can set it to true as the default in Configurator settings).
