How to reload product fields when viewing, when they are changed by another user/import?

You can refresh only related panels (Attribute Values or others) separately to see changes. For fields you need to reload the whole page.

If I add/remove a category in a product, then all externally changed fields are updated. If I assign a category as main, the fields do not update. Why?
This is because in the first case, the entire record is updated (a new ID is added to the list of product categories), and in the second case, only the relation is updated
