First import from CSV

Hello,
I’m new in AtroCore and trying to make an import from XML or CSV but all the time I get an error
“convertValidationPrefixwrongImportByValuesCount” or fieldIsRequired.

What I’m doing wrong? I tried many settings but without success.

If I create the product and make an import then the product is updated with all fields. But when import should completely create an product then it ends with error fieldIsRequired

Thanks for your message!

To understand what’s going wrong, I’ll need a bit more info. Could you share the structure of your XML or CSV file? You can replace real data with dummy values — I just need to see how it’s organized.

Also, about the fieldIsRequired error: does it mention which field is missing? If you’re not sure, a screenshot of the error would be great too.
